Welcome! Tell us a bit about yourself. Where are you from, influences, what albums/tracks have you released, and how would you describe your music.

Wassup Gang ! I’m Kapo pronounced “Kay Po” , and my whole name is Kapo The Goat.
– I’m from a small city in Florida called Defuniak Springs raised on the Northside and Eastside.
– My influences are Michael Jackson and Future but I admire a lot of people.
– I just dropped my album “Space Man”, some of my singles on there are “Killing Me Softly” and “Rockstar Sh!t”.
– I would describe my music as like rare, artistic, inspiring, and vengeful.

Tell us about your track Rockstar Sh!t. Great video by the way, love the animation!
My song “Rockstar Sh!t” was like a transformation as far as my style, I was letting people understand like where I’m at now in my life and the things I’ve been through that makes me a rockstar. And I even brought back the hardcore Lo-Fi feel and quality which was how I started off recording my music, with that low quality home studio type feel.

What was the defining moment for you that made you realize that you wanted to pursue music professionally?
I think my defining moment was when my grandma died in Nov 2021 , after I got the news at 3am in the morning I took a walk off by myself and I made a oath I would take my art more serious and push my self to be the greatest off all time. And after I said that I felt a guaranteed type vibe though out my body that I still feel to this day.

What are your plans for 2022 musically?
My plans are to make a lot of music videos and just video content period. I want my fans to get to know me a little more. I have a lot of music out but not a lot of videos of me physically on camera so ima get in that bag a little bit and see where it takes me. Also I’m going to have some features with some big artist by this winter I’m not gonna name drop until I get the green light, stay tuned.

If you could share the stage with anyone, who would it be and why?
If I could share the stage with anyone it’ll be Future because I know all of his songs. And plus Future has an outer space vibe that will send the crowd to Pluto.
